  Alibaba is popular all over the world and is one of the largest companies in China by market capitalization. Recently, with the help of Hongye furniture, the construction of the headquarters base in Dahongqiao by Alibaba Group has been completed.

Project Challenge

  In order to show Alibaba's new image in the international market, Alibaba Group decided to build a multi-functional office taking the DaHongqiao headquarters base as a branch.. Alibaba hopes to improve the monotonous office function of the office that only function as working space, and wants to have a set of offices covering multiple functions. Aiming at modernizing and standardizing the Alibaba office, Hongye Furniture created a set of one-stop professional office space supporting projects for Alibaba, which redefines the multiple functions of office space.

Solution

  Office furniture brand Hongye Shengda provides Alibaba with a modern and standardized one-stop professional office space customized supporting project. And the project has currently been completed.

1. Office area

 In this cooperation, Hongye Furniture provided Alibaba with open office area furniture, reception area furniture, negotiation area furniture, leisure area furniture, and through providing stylish office furniture to build Alibaba's modern standardized office into a multi-functional office area that integrates entertainment and work. We updated the Alibaba office with a set of electric desk which is ergonomically designed and is height-adjustable. The L-shaped corner design allows the desk to slide into any corner of the office, so that Alibaba can make use of every space in its office. The L-shaped desk we offered is made by wood equipped with key trade. According to the requirements of Alibaba who wants open offices that can contains more people, we provide a solution for them. In the solution, we decided to use more space-saving office furniture. For example, in order to allow the office workers to place more things, we offered them with the L-shaped desk with a large storage space. So the employees can place their personal things in the desk other than place them somewhere else in the office to make the office a clean a neat place. Knowing that Alibaba is a company with corporation social responsibility and as an eco-friendly manufacturer of office furniture , we use recycling material to manufacture our furniture for office use.

2. Rest area

Also, a multi-function office requires a places to rest. So to build place for rest, most of the furniture we provide is in dark color. For example, we provide L-shaped desk in grey. The dark color can create a sense of calm and peace. So most of the product we offered is in dark color. In order to fulfill the demands of the employees in Alibaba, we provided the newly designed furniture, a bookcases for office use. The type of the furniture and chairs we provide to the rest area can be used for both office and home to create a sense of home, which is a good comfort to the employees. As for the chairs, we manufactured lounge designed for the corner place with chaise. This sofa suite with chaise is comfortable enough to be sit on.

  The cooperation between Alibaba Group and Hongye Furniture has been highly praised by both company. Improving the office area is one of Alibaba's successful attempt to enhance its new international image. Hongye helped Alibaba to come out with a solution of office furniture.
