Lingang Center, China’s largest ultra-low energy consumption public building, covers 220,000㎡ with a conference center (65,000㎡) in the podium and a hotel and serviced apartments in the tower. It serves as the permanent venue for the Top Science Forum, promoting global tech innovation.

Hongye Furniture Group successfully won the bid for the conference center's furniture procurement with a bid of 10.26 million yuan. The project includes furnishing the main venue, banquet hall, meeting rooms, multi-functional hall, and conference rooms and so on.

#Lobby

The 2,800-square-meter lobby and 200-meter-long corridor not only connect the various spaces of the conference center but also serve as venues for events. The lobby features a golden starry ceiling design paired with transparent skylights, creating an effect that makes you feel as though you're under the blue sky and white clouds, resulting in a dynamic and captivating space.

#Main Venue

With a height of 13.8 meters and an area of approximately 3,360 square meters, it can accommodate nearly 3,000 people.

Entering the room, the visual is open and grand. The entire space adopts a large-span steel structuredesign and a column-free space, which inspires unlimited imagination.

#VIP Lounge Area

The VIP lounge is designed as a space for relaxation, socializing, and reception. Hongye Furniture Group has chosen a classic combination of gray and beige, adding a modern touch to the dignified meeting sofas, which exude a sense of sophistication and technological advancement. The design symbolizes openness, wisdom, and a proactive spirit.

#Meeting Room

It spans approximately 1,000 square meters and features a 21-person super-roundtable layout. The walls are adorned with massive 18-meter-tall integrated metal panels, offering a clean and simple design.

#Meeting Hall

The space spans approximately 560 square meters.  Equipped with sofas in brown tones, exuding a sense of calm and dignity. The deep blue wave-patterned carpet evokes the feeling of floating in the vast ocean, creating an atmosphere of openness and inclusivity as guests are welcomed, perfectly embodying a spirit of embracing diversity.

#Multi-functional Hall

It spans approximately 570 square meters and can accommodate around 200 people. Features with neatly arranged conference chairs in a continuous row, creating a clean and elegant atmosphere. A large LED screen on the side enables a variety of functions, from regular meetings to media press conferences.

#Lounge Area

The lounge area provides a comfortable and inviting space for relaxation and informal meetings. With plush seating, modern design elements, and a warm color palette, it offers a perfect environment for guests to unwind or engage in casual discussions.

#Banquet Hall

The banquet hall spans 3,100 square meters and can accommodate over 3,000 guests. The ceiling, featuring nearly 6,000 metal elements, creates a dynamic double-curved effect, enhanced by RGB full-color lighting. This design symbolizes the convergence of global intellectual currents, fostering an atmosphere of innovation and technological advancement.
